Overview
Rural residents in Uganda and DRC often have no access to healthcare, or cannot afford it when they do. Lazarus Momentum's full-time clinics remove that barrier through monthly donor support for local doctors, nurses, and medicine.
Masaka, Uganda
The Masaka clinic serves the children of Kids Care School, Timothy House Orphanage, and Cream Hill Secondary School, as well as patients from surrounding rural areas. Dr. Mutagubya Nicholas and Dr. Wamala Victoria provide daily care with support from monthly donors.
Sanje, Uganda
Shalom Medical Hospital in Sanje is overseen by Dr. Namutebi Roy in partnership with Imagine Acts Ministry. It serves rural residents who otherwise have no access to healthcare.
Bukavu, Democratic Republic of the Congo
Centre Mwabana in Bukavu is a year-round clinic serving abused and abandoned women and their children. It is directed by Neema Byalungwe Nelly, MD, in partnership with My Child and Me.
